Being fearless is not the absence of fear.
It’s not even fearing less.
It’s knowing that no matter what happens
Everything will be ok. It’s being ok with
Any outcome that presents itself.
It’s knowing that succeeding or failing
Is a success. It’s developing strength.
Fear isn’t something you can push away.
It’s a physiological response to a stressor.
You can mitigate it. You can subdue it.
To do so requires to train. To strengthen your capacity to do the thing that causes fear.
So next time you feel fearful step into that fear. Ask yourself what you can do to train yourself to handle the matter with courage!
