The Message Part 2

When you hold a message for others to hear but the soil is not ready for the seed you cannot force the message. You can plant it and hope but the seed will likely die. You can plant it with empathy, force, anger, love, gentle, lightly, take it away, spread it, push it, and the list goes on. The seed and the soil have to match in timing. The season has to be right. When these components don’t match up don’t get mad at the soil and don’t stop planting seeds. It may not be your seed that matches the soil but it may be your seed that help the soil prepare. The goal is to prepare the soil for the seed that can grow. The message will be received in the time it’s supposed to. As a parent and as a coach, you can sit back and watch seeds you tried to plant die away only to see the same seed grow from another messenger. Remember it’s the message that’s important not where the message came from. Be grateful the seed took root and go on planting more seeds. The method of planting won’t matter if the soil isn’t ready. Find your method and be patient. Be a seed planter. Spread seeds you want to see bloom in the world. The world needs quality seeds.
